Sizes
A (B) C (D) E (F) G (H)

Circumference of the top: 69 (73) 80 (87) 95 (101) 107 (113) cm.

I recommend the top having a negative ease of approx. 10-18 cm, such that your chest circumference is 10-18 cm | 3.9–7.1 inches larger than the measurements above to ensure that the top gets a snug fit. The sizes correspond to a chest circumference of approx. 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-102) 103-110 (110-117) 118-125 (125-135) cm | 31.5–33.5 (33.5–35.4) 35.4–37.4 (37.4–40.2) 40.6–43.3 (43.3–46.1) 46.5–49.2 (49.2–53.1) inches. If you are in between 2 sizes, it will almost always be better to choose the smaller size. The circumference of the model on the front picture is approx. 90 cm | 35.4 in wearing size B with a circumference of 73 cm | 28.7 in, meaning a negative ease of 17 cm | 6.7 in.

Workflow
The top is worked top down. First the left front is worked, then the right front, followed by joining the two on the same needles. Then the right followed by the left front piece are worked and combined. At last, the fronts and back pieces are combined and the rest of the body is worked in the round on circular needles.
