I get a lot of inquiries every day, and unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to give everyone individual knitting help or answer questions about the patterns beyond what is in my instructions. I have a lot of general knitting help under the tab "Knitting Help/FAQ" , maybe you can get an idea for the solution there?
If you have questions about a recipe, I recommend:
1. Check the pattern carefully and follow the instructions step by step. One stitch/row at a time :). 9/10 inquiries I receive are about the patterns not being read through properly, and unfortunately it takes me far too many hours to sit and review where you might have made a mistake. So please take an extra look with fresh eyes.
2. Seek help in knitting groups on Facebook or Ravelry – there are many skilled knitters who can give good advice. If you have bought yarn at your local knitting store, they will also often help if there are some techniques you don't understand.
3. Look on Youtube! both on my own channel but also on others (e.g. Kimmie Munkholm) you can find a lot of general knitting help for all sorts of different techniques.
I will of course respond to inquiries regarding the purchase of recipes, technical problems with the webshop and if anything else is bothering me. I am the only woman in the company, so unfortunately I don't get the opportunity to answer emails daily. So please expect a few days of response time and more during holidays - but I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can :)

Has your purchased recipe not appeared?
You always get 2 emails after purchase. An overview of the purchase and an email afterwards with links to download the recipes :) One of these emails can easily end up in the spam folder, so always check there :) The fact that the recipe does not appear can also be due to an error in the email address. Send me a message with the date of purchase, name and email you used and possibly the order number if you managed to see it on the screen before you closed down. Then I will get back with help as soon as possible :)
