Goal
Before washing, the scarf measured about 120 cm, after washing I blocked it to about 140 cm in length.

Recommended yarn
Cashmere/Silk from A Knitters World (AKW).

Running length of 400 m / 100 g.

Knitting strength
Width: 26-28 stitches over 10 cm.

Note that the gauge does not need to be exact as it is a scarf. It will change the size a little, but the scarf will be fine no matter what.

Alternative yarn
- Yak/silk from Knit by Moltrup or AKW, 400m / 100g
- Camel/silk from AKW, 400m / 100g
- Baby alpaca/Silk/Cashmere from AKW, 400m / 100g

Other yarns with roughly the same running length can also be used. If yarns of a very different quality and elasticity are used, the scarf will have a different look, but it will still be beautiful.

Guiding pins
Circular needle 3 - 3.5 mm depending on the yarn.
I have used a 3 mm needle.
