Esther bag

The Esther bag is a beautiful bag with a drawstring closure and shoulder strap that can be used for, for example, knitwear or beachwear all summer long.

It is easy to knit, and although the pattern may look difficult, you never knit with two different colors on the same round. The pattern consists entirely of knit and purl stitches.

The pattern is sent to you as a pdf, and is made as an easy print file if you wish to print it. You can print it on a single piece of paper by printing on both sides.

Yarn quantity
2 skeins Esther from Permin in base color (here Sand 434).
1 skein of Esther from Permin in a contrasting color (here Sea Blue 410 and Brown 435).
Yarn length 50g = 230m. 55% wool + 45% cotton.

Knitting strength
20 stitches over 10 cm in 2 strands held together.
The knitting tension is not that important, as it is just a bag.

Recommended needles.
Circular needle 4 mm (80+ cm for Judy's magic cast-on or 60 cm for regular cast-on).
Circular needle 3.5 mm 60 cm.
